What is the Climatic Balance Method?
Climatic Balance (調候) works from the climate of the birth month, warming a too-cold chart with Fire and cooling a too-hot chart with Water, balancing cold, heat, dryness, and damp. It matters especially for those born in deep summer or deep winter, or whose charts lean heavily to one climate, and it is used most often alongside Support-Restraint.
